The Yuasa Y9-12 is a lead acid battery with a fully sealed case constructed from strong, rugged ABS plastic presenting a perfect choice for equipment requiring a compact, reliable and proven battery power source. The Y9-12 is equipped with 4.8mm wide faston type terminals (known as an F1 terminal tab) which provides a ‘slide on, slide off’ connection with no special tools required.
As well as a fully sealed case and convenient terminal arrangement, the Yuasa Y9-12 also offers a highly efficient gas recombination which makes this battery effectively maintenance free in systems using an automatic charging regime such as emergency lighting, UPS security equipment, fire alarms and other standby equipment
