Yuasa Yucel Y5-12L sealed lead acid battery

The Yuasa Y5-12L is a rechargeable lead acid battery suitable for a wide range of applications that require an independent DC power source to remain in operation when mains power is no longer present. The wider ‘F2’ 6.3mm faston terminal makes the Yuasa Y5-12L suitable for high discharge applications such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) where the battery may be discharged to its minimum voltage in as little as 5 minutes. This battery also works well as a starter battery for motors used in garden machinery and similar equipment.

Constructed from strong, rugged ABS plastic, the case is fully sealed making and internal gas recombination recombination highly efficient making this battery virtually maintenance free. For extra convenience this battery can be operated in various orientations (with exception to permanently inverted) making the Y5-12L an extremely versatile choice.
